When you’re acting, you’re doing nothing but emulating life. In the beginning of my journey, I would rush and fumble through my dialogues. I knew that this had to do with breath, and for that, Pranayam and Yoga really helps. I might sound old-fashioned, but Pranayam really increases your lung capacity.
